tein basics
hey guys,
i need help lowering my front coils.. i know its not maxed out because i see alot of thread left (lol i cant find the word right now, the place between the rings...) i just dont know how to move the top ring... thats what im supposed to do right? i looked up on how to try and lower it but i dont understand and the ring does not move at all lol... help pls? oh and one more question, do i have to take it out??? that is all.

bump, please help... im new at these car mechanic stuff.. and i bought these used so i dont have the instruction manual and tools.. im trying to look it up online but i just dont understand..
