Just another STANCE +GR review

Well, i must say i picked these up from darwin at SONICMS in mountainview, ca. This was probably the best investment for the g35. I come from a vw background where getting low and driving low had to either be done with airride or coilovers with a ****ty ride (in a daily drivers Pov). I must say the quality of these coilovers at first sight is great, once they are on its even better.

The car can drop litterally to the point where you wouldnt be able to drive.

I ended up raising the car to this hieght and this is where i daily drive it. My girl and i cant even tell the difference from the stock suspension and these coils comfort wise... Well until you step out the car and notice the car is a couple inches off the ground. Clearance is my only issue... speedbumps and driveways.

and a pic of my dub prior just to show ya

Nice drop, you have no spacers huh? I was considering taking my spacers off and dropping it lower but I couldn't stand the sunken in wheels. I scrape/rub all over the place and you are a bit lower than me, I can't imagine how bad you scrape

do you have to pull these coilovers off the car to adjust the height?

damn man your pretty dropped! i had my car lower than where it is now but i started pulling on fenders in turns and i wasnt trying to do to much work for now. As far as pulling the coilovers off to lower and raise, no you dont if you keep all the perches in.

I've got a question, for those of you that scrape, might be a stupid question but... is there anything i need to be really worried about when i scrape? Damage wise? Has any of you ever scraped a hole or anything into the gas tank?

I dont think u can really scrape the gas tank.. Just go sideways up and down driveways.. The only real damage will be scraping under the bumper or splashguards not usually seen unless u somehow scrape the side..

How much can these be had for? I'm looking to purchase some coil overs for my X but can't decide which to get. At least now I read that these are similar to stock.
