My front fender to ground right now is 25 1/2 in the front and rear is about 26"...on these i say your looking at 3 inches max in the rear and maybe a little over 3 inches in the front just from eyeballing it during install.

Yeah that's the only thing about true, is it inhibits you from going "too low".. You don't want your car riding on the spring, so you can't go as low as you'd be able to if you were in OEM setup.. But as far as ride comfort and bounciness when it settles, it's like night and day..

Don't get me wrong, I'm still at a decent "lowness" but I'm not able to SLAM my car as I'd be able to if I were in OEM..

To give you an idea of how low I am, here's a digital version of the mag I was featured in (my photog as well).. Texas Finest magazine.. My feature starts on page 48..

Hey Guys, I need to pick up a coilovers soon, might be getting the second hand Tein Flex or pickup one of these guys.

Does anyone know what the optimum setup for track use in terms of ride heights on the MDUs?

I could not find their website....?

Cheers!

I just got mine in today I'm slamming it on the ground with these but I'm not so sure what everyone means with track use are you really gonna whip your car around turns going 80 come on now your just like any of us street racing the strip and shows if you want track coils don't go for MDUs it's just not smart to spend the least amount of money on your suspension

daily_stanced, that's why I'm looking at the Tein Flex coils. I am planning to take the car to the local track... I don't "street race". I don't have to prove to anyone how fast my car is. I'm too old for that now.

Then why are you on a real old "mdu review" post and whoa man never said you did but every one likes to do a pull off the red light against a punk that thinks his car is better every now and then
