I have this problem extremely bad. I get creaking squeaks and clunking all the time. The worst is when my car is cold and i drive out of my neighborhood on a really bumpy road. The noise is so bad that i can hear it with all of my windows up and the radio on a moderate level. I have an 03 with 145k miles on it and i do not know if any parts of the suspension have been replaced. Can anyone tell me what should be replaced?

 

Damn that is high mileage! I'm at 77k and I have squeaking and clunking noises. Look at your suspension components and see if anything looks new. Most likely everything is old. You can try to tighten all the nuts and bolts to see if that helps.

 

Weird hmmmm.. glad someone posted this because I have a little bit of squeaking too. Whenever I go over a bump.. I hear it a bit in the front and rear. I'm the second owner. Got the car at around 96k. I'll have to check the maintenence logs because the old lady that I got it from had a TON of them..

It's at 104k right now.

 

Yea the car has been in my family for all 145k too but most are highway miles. I get a lot of creaks from my dashboard too im not sure if this is related to the suspension but im gonna say it is. I think ill have to get everything replaced so maybe ill get some coilovers.
