Replacing Compression Rod bushings

I am going to be replacing my compression rod bushings soon.

Going with Whiteline bushings. I have a 30 ton shop press so it should be fairly straight forward.

My car has 76000 miles on it. Would you guys go ahead and put new control arm bushings in as well? If so the only Whiteline ones I see are for Inner. Is that the only front lower control arm bushing that they sell?

Thanks

Is your car lowered? I would avoid poly compression rod bushings. They don't offer the flex they need to operate normally. The ball joints are not replaceable on the compression rode. A very good combo to go with is SPL Compression rod bushing, SPL Inner Control arm Bushing and Whiteline shock mount bushing. Pair that up with some adjustable end links and call it a day.
