Buttery brake pedal and grinding noise?

I just installed new Stoptech drilled/slotted rotors with Hawk Ceramic pads on all 4 corners today and now my brake pedal just goes to the floor under hard braking. I did crack the bleeders and let juice out while i was pushing the pistons in then topped off the fluid after but mixed dot 4 with dot 3, could it just be air in the lines?

And I'm also getting a pretty loud grinding noise while cruising and cant tell where its coming from front or rear? Does that have anything to do with the brakes breaking in?

Another problem I've been dealing with is every time I'm changing gears or starting to move I hear a clinking noise and this has been present since I put my D2 Coils on is that something with the coils or the install?

Any suggestions?

Thanks Max

Definitely make sure you bleed the brakes well. Get a buddy to work the pedal to really force that stuff out. As far add the grind, you sure you have the right part number? Lined up right? Is it going away at All or staying string?
