Need some help w/ an SPC rear camber kit install

I'm in the middle of installing my SPC rear camber kit and I'm hoping to get some advice. It seems as though the stock camber adjustment bolt is glued to the bushing in the camber arm. I'm able to remove the bolt attaching the arm to the hub assembly but, try as I might, the other bolt just isn't coming out. I'm able to freely move the arm and there is no more tension on it but the bolt will not slide out. The SPC guys make it look easy as hell to get it out and yet I'm beating on this thing with a rubber mallet and it's not budging. Am I missing some thing? Anyone got any tricks for this? Just for a visual of which bolt I'm refering to:

Thanks in advance.

That bolt should just come right out, did you take out the other bolt to loosen the tension. The bolt you have the arrow pointed two has two round washers that should be able to move in a circle to change toe.

The other bolt was completely removed. I was able to camber arm freely. The washer was removed from the adjustment bolt but this thing will not come out. It feels like the bolt is somehow fused to the bushing. I've tried dousing it in WD-40 but it made no difference. The only thing I haven't tried yet was to put the nut at the end of the bolt and hitting it with a real hammer. Very frustrating...

It's seized...

You need heat and hammer, smash it and go buy new eccentric bolts from the dealer, they're about 20$ each.

Thank 4DGS... you were right on the money. No heat but a lot of PB Blaster and I was able to twist them independently from the arm.

Yeah I ended up picking up a new set from the dealer for $11 a piece. Not as bad as I was fearing they would be... Apparently these things seizing are a pretty common occurrence. I just wasn't expecting it to happen.
