Brakes Rattling getting bad

Hey,
I looked all over the forums for a solid answer to what could be causing a rattling sound i'm hearing in my 2006 g35x. It sounds like its coming from the front right of my car. My mechanic thinks it may be a pin that wasn't put in right but i haven't gotten a chance to bring it into him yet.
I was reading it could be a control arm bushing but he dont think it is and i do trust my mechanic.
It is a rattling like there is a screw driver stuck in the suspension somewhere in the front passenger side of the car. Usually i would only hear it when i go slow over bumps (even little bumps) but the last couple of days i noticed it at highway speeds (120km/h...yes I'm Canadian). The rattling seems to go away when you apply the brakes so i think (and hope) it may just be premature brake pad wear.
Anyone have a better idea?

There's other possibilities that make rattles, check your converter cover on the right side. If it's making that much noise and if it is the converter cover it should be very loose. Any muffler shop w/b able to fix the welds...Gary

I'll have to look at that if i can get in a dry garage soon. Would that sound go away with the brakes being applied though?

I had a loose brake line fixture. Consider checking into that one!
