Looking to replace OEM rotors, Are StopTech rotors recommended?
Hey all, i'm looking to replace my OEM rotors with stoptech rotors on all four wheels. I was thinking about buying one of their 4 piece kits from Auto Anything and get some pads as well since mine are pretty worn. Is this a good idea? Open to other options. Thanks
Edit: I know Power Stop is liked, I'm considering getting their kit instead.

Brake dust might be more apparent with the aftermarket brands, but either way-- take care while bedding the new rotors and pads, and follow the manufacturers advice.

Truth be told, the biggest things you need to look out for when buying new rotors are cheaply drilled or slotted rotors as those can crack under heavy use. Even those cheap blanks from your local auto parts store can work really well for a daily driver.
Project Mu brake pads have always been my choice for daily driving, EBC for lots of fun. Akebono parts are affordable and have been great on my beater cars as well.

For anyone else here looking for new pads/rotors check out R1Concepts. Well made in the USA, great quality and their prices/service are unbeatable. They are a registered vendor here and a ton of members have used them, I've never read a single complaint about them in all the years they've been around.
