Depends a lot on the roads and weather conditions where you live.

Is it a daily driver

Does it snow

Is this your only vehicle.

Do the roads have potholes

Do you traverse a lot of speed bump

Do you care if the undercarriage gets a little thrashed

Do you know how to replace a lower oil pan

Etc...

Best way is BC coil overs, totally adjustable! If you do live in an area where you get snow/rain/mud, in a short time you car raise your G so it doesn't become a plow. Of course anytime you lower a G35 it's not smart to do so unless you also install a camber kit! (search)

I would offer some advice but I don't know what "lowing" means.

Welcome to the family, please read through the forum rules and the sub-forum descriptions. These are requirements of all new members. This forum is only for feedback and suggestions on how to make the site better, it specifically says "No car questions" in the description so I've moved it to the suspension sub-forum where you should get more feedback.

If you love scraping parts, lower your G.

As Marcus once said: "There's no such thing as too low, the ground is just too high".

Alternatively, you can bolt on 350z shocks and struts for a less expensive and less extreme drop. It'll drop you 1" all around which is still enough to scrape if you're not careful, but not quite enough to bust oil pans, unless you're really not careful.
