Dude...I still haven't recieved them. Intense Motor Sports called and told me Stillen decided to take some extra time to ship them. I am getting anxious to recieve them. Thursday is my day off and I wanted install them but thats not possible if I don't have them. I have had my bushings for a week now, they are in the garage waiting for the sways too.

For the ones who have sways on, did you install yourself and if so, was it easy? Installing them on my accord wasn't a prob, but then again it's an accord. If anybody has pics, i'd be grateful. Thanks!

G35_Foo, the soft/med/hard settings allow the bar to bend more or less, which makes the car handle differently in corners.

If your bushings are bad, you may hear some metal-on-metal clanking, rattling, etc.

No, not in anyway.

The X uses a totally different front bar. Your only option is to use this companies services and have them make a stiffer copy of your oem front bar. Word to the wise, they are not known for being speedy, it will take them awhile.

Yes, their is a differance. I used to have the Cusco bar's on my G35. The catch with the Cusco bar set is that you cannot adjust the rear bar, only the front can be adjusted (2 settings).

Quote: I ordered the Energy suspension, universal, greasable, polyurethane bushings from summit. Part numbers are:

ENS-9-5168R for the front 1 3/8" bar
ENS-9-5158R for the rear 7/8" bar
DannoG35,

Have you installed your swar bar and these bushings yet? If so, did you have any fitment issues?

Unfortunately, you cannot trust most of the brands stiffness figures. And for the most part we should not be chasing the stiffest bars we can run since your goal should be to use adjustable bars to fine tune the car. If you are after the stiffest possible front bar, go with the EVO350 bar or see if the CT-1 front bar is out yet. http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127661 Other then that, buy a bar setup that is adjustable, if it doesn't have built in collars be willing to add them on, that's from a brand you trust at a price point you feel is justified.

In the end what is best will vary according to your setup and your driving skill level. The ultimate way to find out you have the right bar/alignment setup is to use a tire pryometer and measure your tire temps on the outside, middle and the inside. Get the temps as even as possible and you've got it. http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/long12.htm

Thanks drsifu1 for making this a sticky thread!

My Stillen sways came in yesterday. They are used so they have some black stuff where the bushings are. BTW, which holes are the stiffest? I would assume they are the ones farthest away from the end (closest to the tubular start of the bar).

Nice to see you got your sways P_Diddy. Well I should be getting mine delivered on Monday. I have waited a while for them now since Stillen delayed their shippment to Intense Motorsports. I am allready to buy my next mod and I haven't even recieved the sways. I have had my polyurethane bushings wiating for the sways for about 2 weeks now. I will have a full page of pics when I am done and I am thinking of writing up a great DIY with pics.

I installed the rear sway bar w/ the help of a friend on Friday. Since I only installed the rear bar, I put it on its lowest setting. I went to an auto-x on Saturday and the handling was very neutral!

Any idea how to lift the front of the car to install the front bar? The service manual says you have to remove the front wheels to remove the front sway bar, which would preclude me from using ramps. Where could I jack up the car to keep the regular jacking points available for jackstands?!?!? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
