How long before doing alignment after spring install?

I just finished installing my springs this weekend. How long should I wait for them to settle before taking it in for an alignment?

I think I've already put on 100 miles since the install. Two weeks would put me at like 600 miles.

same here 2 weeks or for me about 350 miles. BUT after my first "spirited" runs on a weekend trip to the mountains I had the alignment checked and it needed it again. The guy told me the springs had a better chance to settle once the car had really been put through the paces. Hope this helps

Usually you want to go though 1 or 2 tanks of gas. You want to make sure everything is settled prior to do adjustments. If you do it too soon, you'll have to do it over again.

I told you to keep your tank 3/4 - full for 2 weeks straight so the weight of the tank will compress the springs until they are settled. I told you TWO WEEKS!
