newbie question on G Coupe

I've been interested in G-coupe. I'd like to confirm if starting from 08 model is a new generation or minor changes from 03-07 models.
I see G37 on the street and it looks like there isn't much changes from previous G35.
Can someone confirm that please. If those G-coupes are stil the first generation, then when would 2nd generation of G coupes will hit the dealership?

Thanks

G37 is the second generation. Its exterior has been completely redesigned, as has the interior, and the engine is different as well. A few minutes on cars.com under the research tab can give you all the details.

Sorry for being rude but...LOL, you really couldn't tell the difference between the G37 and G35?

The whole shape of the car is different, the headlights and taillights are different, the wheels are different, the bumpers are different...I could go on.
