Looking to buy
Looking to buy
Hey all,
I just graduated college and am looking to get a car since my Buick has finally been put down
Anyway, one of my Mechanic friends has been giving me advice. Maximas, Altimas, acura TL or RSX, or maybe the G35. Do you think it is reasonable that I could get, say, a 2003 or later G35 on a budget? I'm really looking to spend maybe around 12 or so, but all of the G35's i've looked at seem to have over 100K miles if I am staying in that price range. Are these cars as high-mileage friendly as nissans, toyotas, etc? Any recommendations would be helpful, I life in the 48073 zip. I did find this on craigslist.. http://detroit.craigslist.org/car/661592849.html
Thanks!

you should def be able to find a sedan for around 12-15,000 with decent mileage on it, I havent seen too many G35s with over 100,000 miles because not many people have taken them that far yet, I am looking for a coupe and have turned the internet upside down to find one in my area for the right price. But the VQ 3.5 in the G35 is the same as in the 350z and newer maximas, so it should prove to be pretty reliable over time.
