HELP needed buying a 07 g35 coupe

iam a new member here, just need some opinions on buying a g35. my local infiniti dealer has 4 new 07s g35 coupe, never been titled, the one i want has almost 400 miles on it. loaded with alot of options, sport suspension, premium pkg, bose, nav, sunroof, intelligent key, and more, dealer has the car in the lot for about 2 yrs. still has full warranty. i checked online, the car is worth 28k. how much will guys pay for it? assuming u buy the car and keep it for at least 10yrs, so dont worry about the trade in value. thanks

start at 25k like Hotel recommended, negotiate from there. Dont pay anymore than 28k when taxes, etc are said and done. Dealer should work with you, recent sales are down. However if you finance, you will end up paying more than 28k anyways.. Always find the nearest competitor dealer and state they have the same car with similar miles for less, they hate this and will try to "steal" the sale via negotiation.

Dont ask these guys, first, get an offer from the dealer. A low ball offer isnt going to get you anywhere. And get whatever transmission you want.

cant choose on the transmission. no choice left for the older g. its not like u r going to buy a new car and have it special ordered. all 4 of the g the dealer has r auto tran. didnt know the automatics r standard and manual is an option. so which one is better? i c alot of the g owners have manual.

This is the only post thats of significance in this thread thus far. Heres the problem with your vehicle of choice:

#1: The vehicle is brand new. It's never been titled, has only 400 miles on it etc.

#2: If I remember correctly, with all the options listed, the sticker price of that vehicle falls at about 41K.

I wish you the best of luck trying to get that at a used car price as if I was in the dealers shoes I would want to get that car sold as close to MSRP as possible. Had a similar one like this, with about 90 miles on the clock, with the same options go for 32K. Still a good deal but its a more realist price of what you should expect to pay.

you can get an 08 G37 coupe with a couple thousand miles for low 30's...i'd say 25-27k for an 07 "new" G35 would be appropriate
