It's a 2007 G35x AWD. 122k miles, fully loaded. Only visible damage is a tiny dime-sized dent on the rear right quarter panel and some scratching on the interior plastic, but that seems to be common. It's listed for $12,990

Carfax shows some damage in the front left quarter panel. Autocheck shows nothing. 1 previous owner.
Link to the car ^^
It's a little out of my budget however. I was hoping to stay around 10k. Hopefully I can work some haggling magic if I decide to go through with this one.

If you can afford it, do it. You could have an electrical problem in a few months totaling 400 for a window switch. The cars are fun to drive and if it snows where you live the AWD is amazing. That is a lot of miles for 6 years though.
Considering a used 2007 G35x, concerned with tire life
There is a used 2007 G35x for roughly $12k. 122k miles. Fully loaded. Drives amazing.
I have concerns about the life of the tires. I don't drive like a maniac and I don't ever burn out or race or anything like that. I hear often that I will need to replace tires though.
What is average life expectancy on these tires?

Tire life depends highly on the type of tire, alignment and how well you rotate them.
Case in point, all else being equal, a summer tire will last you about 18k miles on average. Grand Touring tires will last you well beyond 40k miles a set.
