G35 Sedan Sport RWD
Question Help decide in buying (G35 2008)

I recently test drove a RWD 08 G35 w/ sport package. 1 owner, no accidents, clean carfax. Overall, had no issues with the test drive. But, im hesitating to pay 10500 otd for it. For a couple of reasons, the big one is that the tachometer gauge is half lit (6k -9k is black). Dealership is saying its just a simple fuse fix, but i doubt it. Second, the interior of the car has small cracks in the corner air vents, it also has noticeable scratches on the interior door trim panel for ALL four doors. Its also missing a CD changer in the back. Is it worth the 10500 im paying for it? Should I be concerned about future problems?

The dash light power is not delivered on two circuits, the vehicle has a bad combination meter that will need to be replaced. If you can do the repair yourself it's a fair price on an HR equipped sport sedan with a thoroughly beaten interior (you can see it even through the grainy pictures they took... yikes...).

If you have to pay $1k or more for a shop to fix it then I would pass, plenty of nice clean ones out there and for that money you can be into one with the VHR motor which was much better.
