How much are you paying to lease your G35c?
The reason Im at home is because I'm using my money to start multiple business' and save for the future plus I do whatever I want anyway so I dont have to move out...although I do plan on moving out next year. Just been concentrating on business and work so I took one of the stress' (i.e. rent/mortgage) out of the equation!!
Am i still wrong for that. My crib told me to do what I want while Im young so I got a nice car and a street bike to enjoy my 20's.

I was wondering, what is everyones residual value set at? I'm leasing this week a Black on Black G35 Coupe for 510 a month for 42 months, 0 down when I leave with the car.
I got a 56% residual value, I thought it was higher then that?

My buyout was 21000. I'm now gonna sell my 03 for 28 and take the 8k left over and put down on a loaded 06 lease, 48mo, 15000k/yr. Payments will be lower after talking them down to 500 over invoice for the '06. I figure I will prob always have car payments so why not use the equity to get a brand new one and do thesame again in 2-3 years.
