well that is still up in the air since is winter around the corner and I still have my TSX. So is down to this 2007 911 turbo or more pratical M5.

Excellent advice Chico. That's what I did when I was 19 instead of buying a new car. But wow those cars would be oh so sweet .

I would agree with Chico on that one too.

Age 19 and a house. That's impressive. I thought I was early buying two when I was 26.

I don't think there are too many 19 year old buying a house in todays market, especially around the Toronto area.

Bill, you must remember I am an old fart. When I bought that house it was only the price of what 4 new cars were at that time. So if someone is thinking of buying and can afford a ++ $100,000 car, I think it is very possible.

Congrats, Eric......a new Porche or M would be great and maybe you've already got nice digs.....

Keep us posted on your decision. If it were me, I'd go with the M for the comfort as well as scoot...Insurance might be more 'friendly' too.
