Took delivery of my Pathfinder LE during the lunch hour today. I know it's no 2007 G sedan or coupe for that matter, but I'm really loving all of the space. The 4.0L V6 is a thirsty one but I'm really liking the torque and hp. Not the greatest SUV, I'll admit, but it'll do us good for the winters and for the trips to the mountains. Oh, and it should accomodate our baby-to-be (this April!) quite nicely. No minivan...yet.
Joel, that's cool on the 'peg connection.

I'm sure you'll love the Pathfinder. I like switching up on vehicles as it makes one appreciate each vehicle on its unique merits. I've driven my dads '06 Frontier 4.0l 4x4 many times and you're right it's got nice torque. He averages about 21 mpg combined and 26-27 mpg hwy.

Good luck preparing for the family addition this spring Sure you don't want my minivan?

I moved away in '81 so lots of years since I've experienced that kind of cold, other than a few visits to my youngest sister there.

right on, get some driving in before posting back!

Me, in a minivan? Ha ha ha - fortunately that won't be a reality for at least 3 years (our lease term). I went with a 3 yr lease so that I wouldn't be tied to the SUV for any longer than I have to, plus if the wifey decides that she wants a MV then we can get into one sooner rather than later (although I have no problem with later, or MUCH later! )

With the family on the way you're just arriving at the mini van stage. J/K

The SUV will work just great and your wife has that good taste in vehicles so the MV is out!

My wife and I just a little one we got an Altima SE-R if we grow out of that it will be a Murano next. I am putting the limit at 2 kids just so we never need a Mocho Van.
