Some Pics

Thought I would post some pics of my new rotors that were install last week. As well my rims that I got a few months back, cant wait to put them on in the spring. Any recommendations on what kind of tires I should use? As well as what brand of wheel locks?

Thanks

Sweet!!! Some of my favorite wheels. The rotors look excellent too. How's the stopping power?

The stopping power is ok, not as good as the Brembos though. I replaced my pads with Hawk HPS, although there is less brake dust,
I think I will go back to the Brembos.

I agree with this as well. I really didn't like the Hawk HPS pads because the initial bite was no where near as good as the stock Brembo setup was. I did get used to it however because it seems ok now. The lack of brake dust is worth it IMO. Just watch the pads in the rain because it also seems the initial bite is worse when they are wet.

Nice rotors and wheels though!

Great rotors and wheels. alphabit......
tires -- I'd stick with the Pilot Sports, but that's my choice, I know they're expensive..
wheel locks -- I've always had Nissan brand from the dealer which I believe are made by McGard--(sp?).

Oh on wheels. I am going to try some Falken 452's on my car this Spring. I am a huge Pilot Sport II *****, but the Falkens were recommended to me by a few guys I have a lot of respect for. I will let you know how it goes.

If I wasn't so **** about unsprung weight & rotational mass I'd probably give these a go myself.

With good cause no doubt. I know that since my weights unsprung there's a lot more mass to rotate.
I like it when you type like that Ian.

I got slotted rotors cause I think they look nicer then the drilled ones LOL. Also they were cheaper then the OEM Brembos.
