Milk Prices? I am Curious!

I am curious to know what prices of milk are in other parts of Canada. Here in NB, our milk costs $3.59 for a 2L. I don't know about you guys, but I find that ridiculously expensive. I can drive 45 mins to the US border and pick up a 1 gallon of milk for about $2.50. Anyways, I was just curious.

Jug of Tropicana Orange juice in Grand Cayman (After Conversion) = $12.00CAN

We had a story in the paper the other day because prices are going up 5-6%. They showed three provinces-

Newfoundland at 2.16/l
NS at 1.75/l
Ontario at 2.47/l

Ahhhh niceeeee....
I love that place. Really nice there.....
Don't forget to go into Sting Ray City when you are visiting.

I swam with sting rays and later on in the day, at another location, a nurse shark (non meat eater) - even touched it as it swam close to me.

Cruise eh? It was the cruise ship visitors that were causing all the noise and creating havoc in the sting ray "pool"
hahaha
u will definately have fun there.

I always get mine at Costco, Shane....Their 4L bag of 2% is $3.79

Other places like Zehrs and Food Basics have the same milk at about $4.25 or so.

I never buy a 2L carton but I imagine it's $2 or more for that quantity.

^^ Interesting numbers Deane. The western half of Canada certainly is cheaper.

I like milk better than Nickelback, and I like beer better than milk. I know the price of beer if that helps .

I will find out tonight when we are out. We just buy milk cause we need it, and have no choice on the price.

I hope the prices are still the same, as a matter of fact I picked up a case this afternoon, along with a Rickards Red.

Yummy, RR is darn good. I frequently pick up the Rickards variety 12 pack of Rickards Red, Pale Ale, and Honey Brown! It's good stuff.

I like how the thread has turned from milk to beer.
