PC also has his name on the Bolton Toyota dealership and from what many co-workers have told me their service is sub-par compared to other Toyota dealerships. Also heard from another source that was offered a sales jobs there and then turned it down when he found out how they run the place.

That said, I think PC has nothing at all to do with day to day business and is simply there as a nameplate to bring in business.
