Woodchester Infiniti !

Picked up my G35 Coupe last month from Woodchester Infiniti. Got a call today to come down and pick up my Christmas present !

Shakir, my sales guy handed me a brand new car cover - made to fit for the G35 Coupe. Its on Grubbs website for $210 U.S. dollaros.

Best dealership in Southern Ontario !

I got mine there too ... but no such luck for me either! In fact, I would have settled for a clean car plus some clarity on how much I owed to close the deal. Quite a farce!

So you recommend them ... I will not.

Could have bought from there but didn't. Got a better price at another dealership. I hate it when people promise things and don't deliver. I bought my Z from there and was told they'd get me some cool "Z" stuff..... I'm still waiting over a year later...

Re: Woodchester Infiniti !

Yes, the Woodchester salesfolks made reference to gifts. They said: "Be sure you ask about the Infiniti Gifts" ... I did, and promises were made, but nothing happened.
Frankly, I really don't care about these gifts. I do care about being treated with competent professionalism and Woodchester measured very short on this dimension. If I never see that dealership again, it will be too soon.
In general, Canadians must become more demanding consumers; if we don't, Canadian companies will loose out in global competition to those firms know how to satisfy their customers.

was happy with the way they sold and remain happy with their service.

Before I bought my car I went to Woodchester. I really didn't like the sales staff there. They weren't being that helpful with me.

I found the sales staff at 401 Dixie was alot better. Thats where I got my car!!!

Re: Woodchester Infiniti !

I had the exact opposite experience. I went to 401/Dixie and the salesperson was pulling prices out of the sky on the vehicle and any of the options. None of them made sense. I went to Woodchester and they matched the best price I had (from Agincourt). When the car was delivered it had wheel locks on it and I was given the car cover and a couple of Infiniti hats. I thought this was standard practice. So far they have been great to deal with.
