YOWZER!!

I haven't seen that since living in Winterpeg. We have hit -30 a couple of times over the years but normally -20 would be an extreme low.

Bundle up and stay safe Westerners.

Stay warm, guys, and keep those G's plugged in and happy....

We're headed for +5 today too but our Wednesday forecast is +7! It's raining hard now and I just finished washing the cars outside.

Kind of hoping more of this snow melts.

Winters in Canada are OK once you've got your igloo built. Get caught in the cold/wind without it and you're in trouble though. My neighbor messed his up and aligned the entrance North instead of SW - the wind came in and his dogs froze last night.

We aren't getting any rain here Deane, just all snow!

I had a meeting this morning, so unfortunately I had to come into the office today. This morning was the worst conditions I've driven in a long while. The roads were extremely slipppery and with heavy snow and winds, visibility was near nill. There were a number of people off the road. Yay, I love winter!!!!

It's one thing for me to freeze my azz off, but what did my G do to deserve this abuse?

C'mon now. A skiff of snow and you were nearly stuck. Do you have snows, AS or summers?

Good to hear you're safe and sound now Shane. Sounds like you had it really bad. Ours was about 10cms and then piles of rain which essentially took most it away.

I washed the cars and it ended up warming up enough to melt the bit of ice that was on the drive.

My neighbour is an Eskimo. His place is a 3 bedroom 2 bath igloo and he helped build mine so it's properly built and oriented. His dog team is pretty noisy though and seem to attract a lot of polar bears too.

LOL.

Man the G was cranky leaving work this afternoon - only -26 and each upshift came with a pronounced WHACK until the heater kicked in. Of course I didn't idle it for more than 10 seconds prior to driving away gently...

I'm still waiting for my TPMS to show - went from +10 in the heated garage to -26 in the space of today and nothing yet...

Mine wasn't too happy about starting this afternoon, either.
