Hey Shane the girl I call for your area (the Quispamsis Amsterdam Inn) is pretty nice. Heck, I'm sure we talked for at least 30 minutes last night. I had talked to her a few weeks ago. She is working there but goes back to her folks home in Dartmouth when she has a few days off.
Like we said before, love the socialble people out there.

Off topic: 5 more days you lucky dog

Maritimers are pretty laid back and very friendly for the most part.

Yeah, only a few days left before we leave for DR. Anissa and I are really looking forward to it. It will be an interesting vacation since this will be our first time away with Ava. As long as everyone stays healthy, that's the main thing.

Do you and K have anything specific planned for when you will be in the Saint John area? If you need any suggestions, just let me know.

Yeah, most folks here are!

You must really ready for this one Shane. Hope you folks have a great trip and a memorable one with Ava.

Hey good luck. Everyone else seems to do a bit of phone tag with her. I know I did too.

LOL, you're itching to travel! You're probably pretty organized too.

I'm only doing a few trips here and there....saving it for a few more years when we have even more time.

Itching to travel is putting it lightly Deane. I am not sure who is organized more, Anissa or myself. We would both travel every month if we had the money and vacation time to do it. I have imagined on more than one occasion what our retirement will look like. I guess traveling is one of those things that makes Anissa and I tick.

Bump in case you missed my post Wayne. I am not sure what you and K have planned or how familiar you are with the Saint John area, however if you need some suggestions I'd be more than happy to help. Some goes for you Ian.

Sounds great Shane. As you remember the last time we were there it was pi$$ing down rain, then when it stopped the fog would roll in, so we didn't see much. We will definitely be in touch with you to find out a the hot spots to see.

3 Days and counting for you

Great to have something you love to do together. I'm not surprised.

Your retirement will be an expensive one it sounds like.

Enjoy the countdown Wayne has mentioned.

Hi guys....
Sadly, I'm going to have to pull out of this trip.
Work situation is tough right now & I can't get away.
I called in to cancel my reservations yesterday...

Later
Ian
