First welcome to the site.

If you keep an eye on the Canada section You will see when the meets are. They will be annouced. It won't be until the weather improves a bit.

To answer your 4 questions:

1. yes or no to this package- Yeah, sounds like a solid plan to me
2. what nights at what locations- I'd like to stay at different places each night, similar to what we did last year. Your plan above sounds perfect to me
3. room choices- Standard
4. inverary or ceilidh at Baddeck- Inverary sounds better[/QUOTE]

My gf doesn't have a valid US Visa...so she won't be coming with me to Canada, or if she does, I'll have to smuggle her back in my trunk to cross the border back into the States. Actually, do you think that could work?

Good to hear from you Brian....
IDK about smuggling the gf back...
but it's too bad if it doesn't work out.

I'd like to stay at different places each night, similar to what we did last year.
One thing this year... we don't have to worry about pushing ahead each day (to get to QC).

That's great Brian. We're all on the same page other than the Inverary/Ceilidh choice. How be we book for the Ceilidh and if we get there and change our minds we can probably get switched easily or at least move across the street for the second night.

Brian, I don't think we can help you with your G/F. She isn't a resident of the US and able to get a passport?

I'll call my person later today, make the group bookings and then post up the info for you folks to make your individual reservation/payment.

Ian, I agree. This arrangement gives more flexibility in cruising around and return to home base whenever anyone wants.

Deane

I'll go along with whatever the rest of you decide on for a hotel/motel, I'm easy going like that. I'm just thrilled to be planning another vacation to Canada alongside of some really great people!
My friend is Brazillian and her student Visa expired. She'd have to fly back to Brazil to renew it, or apply for US residency, neither of which are guaranteed to be granted, and both of which could take a while to obtain. I'll have fun with or without her - maybe just not as much.

Very good. It will be great to see you and everyone else again.

Hopefully your friend will be able to make it and add to the pleasure of your trip.

You guys are all so great to get along with. I think you'll all enjoy CB. H and I have been many times and really enjoyed our stay where we're going.
