Need Help !! Tires sizes

Hi guy's & gals I need your help

a buddy of mine gave me a set of 18 volk wheels and I need help trying to pick the tires sizes, I have an 03 coupe lowered on eibach springs..
Offsets 20 Front
Offsets 25 Rear

I was thinking the following

2 x 245-40-18 Fronts
2 x 275-40-18 Rears

Is this acceptable or do I need to go to a 35 series tires please let me .

Here's a couple of size calculators....
Plug in the OE size & find what works.

40 profile should be good. 35 will make the tire too small for sure. 19" rims use the same widths but 35 profile tire, so if you're using 18s, 40s is the correct profile.

You didn't give us the wheel widths. I assume the fronts are at least 8.5" wide and the rears 9.5". If so your size choices are golden. (40 series)

Quick question with the above wheels & offsets I have , I was thinking of getting wheel spacers to make it look more flush but I am not sure which ones to get ,can someone help me out
