40 profile should be good. 35 will make the tire too small for sure. 19" rims use the same widths but 35 profile tire, so if you're using 18s, 40s is the correct profile.

You didn't give us the wheel widths. I assume the fronts are at least 8.5" wide and the rears 9.5". If so your size choices are golden. (40 series)

You haven't provided offsets so someone can make an accurate suggestion.
