Yea that one, I guess it depends on if you are willing to pay whatever amount they come up with, I mean when was I was waiting there it's just ridiculous how they rip people off "Ah sir your filter is very dirty we recommend you change it with this $100+ one" - and its sad because you can tell they are being extra nice to them (Fake) in order to squeeze even more money out of them... I'm going to speak with the service manager tomorrow will see what happens...

I called Infiniti and they told me they would get back to me the next day because they were busy...they never called I had to call them and basically told me that they are not liable and they would charge 50 for the diagnosis's instead of 100 to help me out

I told them it's not about the money it could be $10 and i still wouldn't pay, its about the principle you guys messed up my car when you were working on it and are refusing to fix it!

Does anyone know what's Infiniti Canada's number or email?

I called them but were not very helpful "Since they are a privately run dealership I would have to address my concerns to the gen. manager"

I give up.

I was debating on selling my car b4 all this, and seems like this experience is pushing me in that direction.

After doing a search on this board, I found a link that said try disconnecting the battery for 30 secs and that should work.

I tried it and my dome lights work again...I am pretty sure that the stealership knows about this method and they wanted to charge me $100 to just bring my car in and then extra $$$ to fix the problem. WHY?
