Hello guy,


my auto insurance is gonna expire soon so i am in the market to search for a reliable insurance company.... after a morning of inquiries..so far it seems like BelAir auto insurance and TD insurance have the best deals given my current status..

so here i am just wondering if anybody on this forum have ever dealt with either one.. and what's your experience with them??

I'm with RBC right now....
curious if you RFQ'd RBC, & compared to TD & BelAir

 

Keeping my eye on this one as well. I've talked with TD a bit but haven't taken the plunge. Ian, has RBC been good to you?

 

This morning I have talked with
TD, RBC, BelAir, Desgardin, Personal, PC Financial, CAA

RBC gives out better rates to group insurance but too bad that my employer ain't one of their clients...

BelAir is the best one so far given that they don't really give a crap about the tickets.. (they care more about if you have had any accidents)

TD is a bit more expensive than BelAir but the first two minor tickets are forgiven ....so it's not bad in that department i guess... (it is still chaper than RBC in my case)

haven't had any claims to deal with, so hard to say in that dept.

 

Hey, my Alberta Motor Association is exactly the same! I just think the bill is a bit bigger than it should be for my driving record. I'll be shopping as soon as I get one day in a row to do so.

I don't think my rates are bad, but I find after 4-5 years, it's good to get some competitive quotes.

 

I was with RBC but switched to Belair and saved $600 / year. no joke.

 

I'm with Bel Air, been with them for a few years. Also have my home insurance with them, so it was a bit cheaper since I have both services with them.

Used them a couple times for car insurance and have been happy with the service.

I own an Allstate insurance agency and you might be surprised. I see most of the companies people mention are online, just because you deal with a real person doesn't mean you are going to pay more.
I write over 500 policies a year myself so I can't be out of the ballpark on all of them. lol
That way you get personal service as well and are not just a number.
Even if you want to stay with the company you are with, I am more than happy to give you free advice and you don't have to feel obligated.
I pride myself on not pressuring people, if you want to deal with me you will.

i'm currently with Coseco Insurance and have been for the last 5 years, cheapest rate I've found with great coverage.

I'm also in the market for a possible cheaper rate so I'll report back and findings

 

i have belair direct. what happened was i had a minor speding ticket which was getting caught 55 in a 40 zone. and i ididnt even get a point reduction.so that ticket actually increased my montly payments by 16 dollars, so a 45 dollar ticket cost me $194. aint that a b!!!

 

I started shopping around today so I can take my car out.
Ranged from $3200-$5600, with the lowest being TD there on a group rate, I was hoping to find lower.
