i seen on cp 24 right now and it said the speed rating is 240km. the guy is 26 years old and had no reasons for it and didnt even know where he was going. i guess just a joy ride.

im watching it on tv now and you are right they are not m45 rims. they look nice for a winter set up though. AND IT IS DEFINITELY IVORY PEARL that guy it lying just for attention. pathetic

If he has the Dunlops or Pirelli's the speed rating is acutally really high, like 250km to 260km i think....Don't quote me on it....

 

My snows have a speed rating of 240km/h... but that wasn't me!

whatever the case... the driver of that G is plain stupid. crazy dangerous speeds with below freezing temps and salty roads. doesn't matter what tires and speed rating... disgustingly boneheaded move.

i honestly don't know what is up with hwy 400... but that road seems to be a death trap for speed all year round.

Personally I think that there are just more cops on the 400 to catch the speeders... I personally know that I get blown by drivers all the time on the 407, and may see one cop if that whenever I'm on it.

i just saw this on CP24, so i logged in here knowing there is gonna be a thread about this. wow, that is fast. kinda crazy and stupid. lucky no one got hurt. those are BSA wheels. i had the exact same set before. i've seen that car before, but then again a lot of G's use those wheels.

 

hwy 400 has more cops then any other hwy iv seen in toronto... kinda stupid to speed on it. as for safety yea 250 its dangerous but common all of you that are saying take the membership away and things like that are being a bit harsh im sure we all had the urge to go fast.... just not on busy hwys with high death ratings...
