I was on a stretch of highway near my house at like 4AM one time when I first got the car. I kept that speed for maybe about 10 seconds. Never again though.

I got asked by everyone today too!

Everyone at work, cousins, friends - all via either email, text, or phone call!

All I said was, HECK NO, I can barely drive the car! (6-speed, still learning!!!)
hahahaha! When I say learning, I mean... learning to drive it properly without stalling... not learning to drive it like a maniac!

I had no idea the G's could go that fast, but for him to actually do 250km/h was a very foolish thing to do!

Sadly there's no HPDE's in Ontario, or at least not that I know of.
Even mosport, it's hard to hit past 230km/h before you have to start braking. Our cars needs a pretty LONG stretch to reach that speed.

Even shannonville, I could only top out at 190km/h on Fabi straight before having to brake.

Edit: just found out that Calabogie holds HPDE's, but damn... that's FAR!

You bastard!

Your GTR doesn't count in this conversation!!!

And plus, I'm sure the thing is much more fun to drive around any track... hell, I bet it's even fun to drive to get groceries...

^ I have participated in the BMW club events at Mosport, they do a great job with them.
hehehe, how did you like hitting that floaty section on the back straight as you approach the crest?
I tell you, I had a little pucker power going on the first few times.

You must have gotten air , because I never had that problem with the 350Z.

the Z4's aerodynamic isn't really stable with 0.36 Cd... I've yet to test my 3.0Si at speeds over 140km/h.

Damn you for having M LSD, open diff sucks!

The G is an interesting car, not quite a BMW and not quite an accord, however still very recgonizable to even non-car buffs.... guess it's the styling an sound.....
