Stance LX+...Finally!

My coils finally arrived, was wondering if anyone knew a good place in the GTA to get them installed, would prefer west end (Etobicoke, Brampton, Mississauga)

Looks good!
How much did you lower it front and back?
285/30/20 on the rear? What's the offset? Did you have to roll your fenders?

^thanks...2.5" front and 2" rear...surprisingly I don't rub in the rear only a little bit in the front (going to shave off about 1" of fender lining where it rubs)

Just curious what kind of ride quality are you experiencing with these coils? I was looking at them a couple weeks ago before I got my dspecs and am still interested.

I'm coming from the stock sports suspension and revised 350z springs which you know is a rough ride.

Are the Stance LX more rough than that? Thanks in advance

^IMO any coilovers will be rough compared to stock

I recommend them they are pretty close to stock ride quality as they can get and was the reason why I chose them. It was between these, Megan and Tein Basics. The Stance coils go very low compared to the Basics not sure about Megan...

Not true lots of coilovers give you an exellent ride that is very compairable to stock, depending on the spring rates at quality of the coilovers. With mine i find progressive springs and adjustability make a huge difference in overall ride quality. Stance is know for the rough ride the springs are very stiff like 620/620kg OEM G35 is 314/342.

You will need a camber kit if you want to make camber/toe adjustments. If the toe is out it will ruin tires much faster than if the camber is out.

I have Bilstiens they were fairly affordable around the $2000 mark, the ride quality was something i was not willing to sacrafice I have had rough riding cars before it wasn't really for me I started to hate the car after awhile. So IMO it is not worth sacraficing when it comes to ride quality, also it more depends on spring rates than the money you spend. A good set of springs/shocks can give you a great ride. Stance are a favorite among the "in the weeds" guys just about all of the guys in aggresive wheel/tire threads run them they go very low.

Here is the "Bible" for researching coilovers they do not have the LX+ though
