My own bloody garage. Haha. I don't see a point in paying some idiot who probably isn't much more capable than myself shop rate.
I had to call hyatt a couple times and leave various messages for Ken. He's the service manager, he's stupid busy and how many other people do you think are trying to get ahold of him. The best thing you can do is call the front desk, ask if the service manager is there. If he is, then show up. Inconvenient, yes. But it's the best way to get results.

I can't believe what I heard. They are rated #2 for service in Canada and have a CSI of 95%!!!!

FWIW, Ken has been pretty responsive to my requirements lately. That said, the problem I was supposed to have resolved is awaiting round 3 (or is it 4?).

I don't know how you can be anything but #1 or #2 when you tell your customers how to fill out the surveys.
If you don't fill them out honestly, how are they ever going to improve or know that there is a problem?
