Thanks for sharing some of your rust proofing experiences guys.

For Toronto fellas, would you mind sharing the info the rust check places you currently frequent? I looked on the site and there are a lot of options. I never rust proof my cars due to the length of which the vehicle stays in my stable but with my work truck I would like to have it looked after. Thanks in advance guys !

looking at the post one of the krowne is in markham and finch(which probably is the one i am also going,seems like they know what they are doing)

but hopefully others will post their locations as well! has anyone taken their g to the one on laird drive east york???

ps: by the way i was at agincourt nissan asked them for the rust protection they quoted me 399 plus tax just for spray, i asked for drills, they said they dont drill and they think drilling has no effect. that was pretty expensive.

 

finally i got my rust check done in Krown in Laird drive in east york. It took about 40min to an hour. i went for a coffee and came back and started watching the process, over all they drilled 1 at each door close to trims too (they r small and not visible enough)and 2-3 in my trunk. And a lot of spraying. I live really close to Krown, so the burning smell and smoke came when i was trying to park. i did buy the tarps from Crappy Tire so the whole oil thing drips on the tarp.(19bucks)

im going to let the car sit 2-3 days, cant wait to wash it on sunday, it was dripping like it is crying
