Had to take my F150 in for repairs yesterday.
It was dead in the driveway on Sunday.
Kicked over no problem, but not even a hint of trying to run.
I suspected the fuel pump.
Got a call with good news this a.m.
Fuel pump OK, it was just a corroded connection behind the fuse block.![Smilie](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
It was due for brakes so I had them check them while it was in.
an hour later got a call.....
-needs front rotors & calipers & rear drums![Icon43](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/icon43.gif)
"...OK go ahead."
an hour later got a call.....
- when we got in there we found one bad tie rod.![Icon43](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/icon43.gif)
"...OK go ahead."
an hour later got a call.....
- when we did the tie rod we found that the upper ***** where completely done, they have to be replaced.
"...OK go ahead."
...good thing I've known this guy for almost 20 years![Smilie](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Bottom line ~ $1,600 in repairs & good bye modding for a while

Pushing 400,000 km on it & still running like a top.
With the new suspension bits, it was like driving a new truck to work today.
