G35 Flip key
hey guys i got my key and its cut i just haven't put all the internals from my remote or the key chip. I attempted to put the remote internals but i couldnt figure it out, do i have to pry off the little metal piece holding the battery connector? it seems like its going to break then im screwed -.- and also i tried starting car with just the switchkey while holding my oem key right next to it and it wouldnt start ;\ is there a specific spot to mount the chip in the switchkey where it will recognize it because i dont have a spare key either if i mess this up lol
I had to re-buy one of these cause my original was dropped a few times, now for some reason I can't figure out how to recoil the spring, any tips anyone?
For some reason when the button only holds with the key at angle not all the up or down, can't figure it out, driving me crazy!

Thanks the other thing was that I had put the 'button' through the 'cut key', finally got it altogether. If you ebay this item, they all look the same but this 2nd version I got has a cheaper matte feel compared to the 1st one I got, also it does not hold the key all the way back in, the spring kinda makes it push out a bit..... oh well. It did provide extra set of screws at least.
Just some advice and help for anyone that comes here in regards to the flip case. Just got mine in the mail. Opened it up you have to take the bank out of the case for cutting purposes. At LOWES it is cartridge A they have only two tell them it is cartridge A and your doing a DIY dont worry about the chip part. Guy tried saying he couldnt cut it but then he did and actually did it for free too. Make sure when put the key in you spin the whole top of the unit at least twice it gets hard but this will spring load it perfectly. Good luck its pretty cool mod.
