Two issues within seconds.
I feel so foolish. While I was driving on the 401 I attempted to adjust the brightness on the display. Pushed the wrong switch and ended up pushing the VDC, or whatever it's called (middle switch) switch through the dash. I know, I know, it was a senior' moment, fvk. Seconds later I tried to adjust my seat and while it will move forward and backwards, the backrest will only go back, not forwards. So now it's at a 60 degree incline and offers me no back support.
Any suggestions? I'm dropping the G off at the garage later today for them to figure out.
BTW, I'm wearing my fire gear, so flame away, I deserve it.

You didnt post what you are driving exactly, coupe or sedan, so I'll assume you have the known seat gear failure from the sedans. The gear either wears down or loosens from the bolt it mounts into. Have them check - mustang will likely chime in after me.
The seat switch is also known to go bad. Had that problem with my passenger seat, would recline but not come back up.
To verify, I jumped the wires to the motor to make sure it still worked. Replacing the switch was pretty simple, I imagine replacing a gear would be a PITA.
