Unbelievable Gas Prices!!!!

Gas just took another massive jump today here in Saint John. It is now $1.13/litre for regular. This **** just isn't funny anymore!

Wow, you've got us beat here in downtown Toronto. It's $1.10 around the corner right now. I'd say congrats, but it's a crappy title to have.

Someone is getting richer that's for sure. It is expected to hit $80 a barrel by the fall. The prices are high but so is the demand.

It hit 116.9 here in Vancouver on the weekend for regular. It has settled down to about 108.9 on average now. Lots of people heading across to the US to tank up -- it's about US$2.99 for premium, which is 78.9 before exchange rate.

Shane,
That's disgusting.....but demand is what's driving the price. (that and the temptation to rip us all off for more)
I'm hoping that once the summer months pass, demand will drop, as should the price.
What a dreamer eh???

Our regular has been 99.5 for the past few days, but who knows when that'll take another leap............

Yeah, disgusting is definitely the right word Colin. Like you said, hopefully prices will drop after the summer, but who knows. When it comes to prices of gas, I guess there is no advantage of having the largest oil refinery in Canada in your home city!

That sucks Shane. It is $1.039 in my town and at the Marina regular is $1.14 a liter.
I put $71 in the G and $107 in the truck this week . My boat needs gas and it will take at least 300 liters right now . Ouch.
This shiznit hurts.

For sure.
K and I were looking at bigger boats with twin engines and you know what, with these gas prices I'm kind of glad the deal on the 29 footer didn't work out last year.

To check the gas price in an advance, I use this website to check from 7pm to 9pm as I know the gas price go lower during the time. Ok here is the link:

http://www.torontogasprices.com/

and then search for gas price in your local area. I do that whenever I needed the gas.
