M6_G,
thanks for some insight into the 'system'....it seems to confirm what we have suspected (known) for years: that we're being ripped a 'new one' daily.

I'm not sure of the solution, except that if we consume less, then demand will drop as will the price.-- the experts say even by 10% reduction will work.

LOL, I can't say that I'm doing my part now that I have 2 rides (for 1 driver), and one is my new M45!

Colin.

Gas price was $0.95 last night when I filled up and this morning, at the same gas station, it's $1.19. It's got to be the same gas in their tanks. I wish for once that someone could provide a rational explanation for the increase. But I doubt there is one. It's just greedy gas companies.

$1.29.9 here right now for regular self serve. I think we're #1 in the country. This achievement isn't something to crow about though.

$1.29 this morning. Was $1.19 Wednesday morning, and $0.95 Tuesday night. All at the same gas station! Just outrageous. I heard that today is some sort of "boycott the gas stations" day that someone was organizing on the Internet.

Yep, same here. That's for regular too. I didn't look at premium but need to fill tomorrow or Saturday. I think it's now 146.9

Hovering between 109.9 and 114.9 for regular gas here in Vancouver area.

Do you people out east have a standing 3.5 cent discount per litre?? -- Our signage is, for instance, 114.9 but the pump reads 111.4. It started in the rural areas but has spread to the big cities. A few have discounted as high as 5 cents/litre.
