Excellent Sandip, these sites are good to know.

Here is the site I use: http://www.gastips.com/
I actually post the prices for Kincardine area in Southwestern Ontario (I'm Wiener there).
I always check prices and get it in the cheaper town if I can.

Yeah, we hit 116.9 here in Halifax too but it seems to have settled at 112.9 for regular self serve. Premium for the G is 118.9
The vans in my business run a lot of the time even when we're not driving so it's costing a lot to keep those things from getting dry of fuel!

Our regular has been 99.5 for the past few days, but who knows when that'll take another leap
hahaha, I went out this evening to take Sid for his annual checkup at the vets, and lo and behold it had taken another 'leap'. : Reg.= $1.05

yikes...

I just got back from Montreal yesterday and it was 114.3/litre there as well. I was surprised to see it dip over night to 93.9 out here in Mississauga. Anyone got any theories as to why they drop the prices late at night, but by midnight, its back up to what they're going to charge the day (during the day)?

Great link to that site - glad I'm living in Toronto to use it!

Wow, that's quite a dip in price. I am not sure why they would do that, I don't think they do that here in NB.

Price wars, and old stock will keep pricing fluctuating...... You can be sure the next shipment will be high priced. Fill up while it's low(er).
Dam*, I never thought 93.9 would be 'good'.

Yep, we've got the second highest prices in Canada next to Montreal according to todays paper.
I'm the same Ian, I don't usually pay much attention but when it really popped over 1.00 and my fill ups were $75. plus I started to pay more attention.
Visiting your East Coast client sounds like very good customer realtions. I'm going to Chicago to see one in just after you seeing you guys in October. I'm going to happen to do the Chicago Marathon while I'm there too.

I drive my car about 2 km mon-thursday. Just to the Go Station and back. But on the weekends, the car goes on journeys and I easily can do 500km in just those 2 days not going really anywhere. We all know that prices may go a bit down but not down enough to make us happy. The Z might have to go next year and get something else. It hurts but the reality is...I rather spend that gas money on other things other than moving from A to B. Even though doing that A to B commute right now is one of the best feelings I have ever had. Vrroooomm Bit#c!

haha, good one Wayne.....It's a sad sign of the times isn't it.....

As our buddy Tom in N.M. said to me lately (ABQG35) : "we're having to choose our 'vices' these days".

I can't imagine being a heavy smoker, drinker, and commuter these days....

Everyone will be pleased to know that World Oil prices dropped almost $3 a bbl. yesterday.
Pity it takes weeks to reflect at the pumps.

.......besides ....today it may go up $4!.

My father worked for over 25 years at Saudi Aramco (Saudi Oil Company), he states that current prices and daily price changes are all for profit. In all the years he was there, the price for the oil to be sold were preset 5-6 months in advance with dates given so tankers will be there to receive the oil for which ever country bought it. It a shame that a few events happen and oil prices just jump through the roof, while coming back down takes them ages.
