Poor experience with Agincourt Infiniti Service

Funny; I posted in this thread saying that I liked Agincourt - as of today I will no longer be using them for service. They decided to "do me a favor" and ignore my "do not wash or touch the exterior of this car in any way" note on my account and wash the car to remove some of the spray paint that had gotten on it recently. Nice favor, it looks like they washed it with steel wool. :/

It's SOP that it hits the wash rack unless they run out of time.
I don't think the shop gophers ever see the work order.
I remember someone that made a lamacoid sign, to that effect.
& tywraps it to the steering wheel when the car is in for service.
