Funny; I posted in this thread saying that I liked Agincourt - as of today I will no longer be using them for service. They decided to "do me a favor" and ignore my "do not wash or touch the exterior of this car in any way" note on my account and wash the car to remove some of the spray paint that had gotten on it recently. Nice favor, it looks like they washed it with steel wool. :/

,, Yesterday Guelph ( Judy) took care of the fuel line fix. I asked them to not wash the car unless they only used touchless. But that they could vacum the front. They did that and left the G's exterior alone. On the con side ( a small con) they had an Ultima 2.5 as a loaner for me when it should have been a Max.
Overall not bad, better than Agen*****t.

Sam , Guelph does screw up with the car washes also. The last time I was there, I left the car for service and the standard "don't wash the car " instructions. Well Judy called me up later to let me know the car was ready, but was very apologetic on the phone saying the guys washed the car. She then said when I get there to check the car over to make sure that all was ok, if it wasn't, I was to let them know. At least she is much more helpful and knowledgable than Ralph.

That's a problem everywhere Kevin.....
It's SOP that it hits the wash rack unless they run out of time.
I don't think the shop gophers ever see the work order.

I remember someone that made a lamacoid sign, to that effect.
& tywraps it to the steering wheel when the car is in for service.

Sh** happens. Maybe it was because I gave them an alternative that they passed on to the wash/prep. person that I got what I wanted. I liked the way Judy took care of my requests. She even got me the report on the condition of my tires that I asked Ralph for last time. Didn't see Ralph there. Day off as opposed to Off day?
