The original blue Dawn is recommended by Zaino because of the absence of artificial colors and scents. Its only recommended to be used once, before your initial use of Zaino to clean the paint surface and strip if of all existing chemicals.

As a replacement, you could use P21S Total Auto Wash. this will strip your paint of all waxes, polishes, and contaminants. I've used it and like it very much. Can also be used as a wheel/rim/tire cleaner.
