How to apply bumper sticker (but not on bumper)???
OK, this may sound kinda odd and I doubt anybody's tried this, but....
Basically, I want to know how/where to display a bumper sticker without ruining my car. My options at this point are to tape it on the inside of the rear window or make a license plate extender (painted heavy duty vinyl to match that gets mounted behind rear plate and hangs lower) and put the sticker on it.
ANY OTHER IDEAS?
DETAILS ON WHY:
There is a local non-profit in the area that I really want to support by displaying a small logo on my car. I had ordered one of their custom made license plate frames, but found out that it was not legal because it covered the tabs. Besides convicing them to go with another vendor (which would take time) I'm pretty much just stuck with the bumper stickers they have available. They could also look into getting vinyl clings made for the inside of window, but again a time issue.
Naturally I don't want to put it right on any painted surface as I want to be able to remove it easily without harm.

What would happen if you took a Dremmel to the part of the plate that covers the tags?

I almost thought you had it, but it would remove part of the slogan on the bottom and there's no clean way to remove parts.

Why not just stick it outside your rear backlight (window)? That way, it is easily removed in the future when and if you want.

magnets....just get that pliable stuff they use for some fridge magnet calendars you get from businesses and affix it. i think you can get big sheets of it. same stuff they use on those realtor plaques for cars. maybe try michael's (arts and crafts store). this way you can move it around so you dont get a nice rectangular tan on your car =).

You may be able to buy a piece of that from a sign maker, I would check around, that's a good idea, of course, it won't work on the hood or bumpers (isn't the trunk lid aluminum as well?)

true on the bumper....if that's the case with the trunk lid being aluminum....then you can try some strong magnets on the back side of the bumper or trunk lid as well. i'm not sure how accessible that is. haven't tried it myself. but definitely check with a sign maker if you go this route (good source abq).

Just stick it on the bottom left outside on the rear windshield. It'll come clean off when you're ready to remove it.

What exactly is it for? I refuse to have any stickers on my car (except for the g35driver.com stickers). Gotta "Represent"!
In my apartment complex, you have to run these completely ugly orange stickers in two locations on your car to gain access from the most convenient gate. I told them to go shove the stickers up their booties, and have to drive an extra mile to get to my place.
