Hello George,

I have been ordering stuff from your site.
So far, I receive my orders without any problem. However this time, I didn't receive the package I ordered.

The package is schedule to deliver today.

When I check tracking web site at 4:30PM, it shows the package is delivered at 3:57PM. I have been home from 2:00PM.( I was detailing my car.) I didn't hear any door bell ring. (FedEx has been doing this when they drop the package inside of patio). Even I was checking the patio area from time to time since I want to try the item I ordered.

I believe FedEx drop the package to some other place.
What can I do?

You need to call fedex and tell them that they have not delivered it to you... also you may want to send him a PM, this is not the way to get in contact with him...

I contacted FedEx. They told me that they can trace the package only on Monday.

I will send him a PM as you suggested.

 

I think FedEx and UPS both have $100 insurance built into their pricing for most of their shipments. Pretty sure George will be able to take care you one way or another. Hope it wasn't anything you needed to finish up your detailing. If it was hit me up and I might have some extra product laying around that you can use. I am up in that area every other week.

 

Today one of my neighbor, who is living one or two block from me, bring my package. What a nice guy!

Definitely, FedEx drop my package to other place. (Probably the driver didn't pay attention to street number. - This area has lots of townhouses)

I got my items, so it is time to detail interior of my car.
