Angry Bad sprinkler or someone hates me...

This morning when I got to my car I saw very white water spots all over my hood, a little on the side fenders, and on my windshield. I had no clue what it was, but I knew it needed to be washed off. I went to a local car wash and went through... the major whiteness was gone but the spots were still there. The car wash people let me go in one more time but same results. I have no clue what this is, or how it got there. It doesn't look like a sprinkler head did the damage as it looks like a splash. Intentional? Maybe but I don't know why anyone would do this. I was just wondering if anyone could diagnose what happened to my paint? Hopefully it doesn't need to be repainted.

The first picture is what I saw when I came out to my car before the car wash.
The second picture is one of the worst spots, but there aren't that many of those spider web looking deformities.
And the third picture is what has completely consumed my hood, hard to see but when there's hundreds of them easy to spot out. ( I just realized its really hard to see but if you click it you can kinda see what i'm talking about...)

clay bar should take those off, you can pickup at most auto parts stores, maybe walmart.

You can get answers to common issues by using the forum search feature.

I went to a local car wash and went through
strongly suggest you stay away from those places.

I'm not surprised an auto car wash didn't remove the spots. Hand wash then clay it like redwillow said. After that, you'll want to wax it.
