i mean for those who are well off i think it would be very worth it to wrap the entire car... and when it starts to get faded, rewrap... might be $$ but less than a new paintjob?

We do not post prices publicly, but I can tell you the full wrap we recently did costs almost as much as a new paint job, which is pretty expensive for Ferraris since these owners take their cars to the best body / paint companies. However, if anything happens as far as accidents and scrapes, it's covered under their insurance. As for the fading issues, Venture's film has been tested against 3m and 3m's film yellowed and cracked after only 3 yrs of simulated UV exposure. Venture's film did not show any signs of yellowing or fading after 7 yrs of UV exposure, which is why they offer a lifetime warranty from bubbling, fading, and cracking.

Which clear bra kits are desinged for DIY? Are the films already pre-cut? I think the hardest part would be cutting the film so that it fits perfectly. How much do these pre-cut kits cost? I might give it a shot myself.

I'll go out on a limb and say the ones that are 'really aimed at the diy' crowd are not really going to look too good (the multi-piece ones). I got the one for my wifes car on ebay and it was a one piece bumper. Although I did do it myself I will be the first to admit it was a pain. A few of the others on here say the coupes are harder... If you are 'handy', have a helper, and are really patient then go for it. I figured I could buy a few for the same price the dealer wanted and was willing to accept that it would be a pain and it might need to be done more than once. In the end it is all up to you! The easiest thing whould have been to have the dealer put it on before you picked it up, that's what we did with mine.
