So after washing my car numerous times, I have these white drip patches on my hood and door. After speaking to a couple people, it looks like it is lyme from my parking garage that did the damage.

How should I get this out? I was told to use compound, but before I go and do something bad I figured I'd check with the pros - you guys.

If I DO need to compoind it out, what shoudl I get? I thknk there are differnt types/gauges. Thanks.
