I need help...cant move stains...

hey...i bought a soap and sponge and other stuffs to wash my car today. (1st time since i got G) anyways, i saw little stains on mainly front bumper and the hood. Also fenders and rims as well. I tried to removed them but it didnt work so i used my nails to remove them (on rims). Other body parts, i used my nails as well but i covered with soft cloth...
but still, i cant remove it...is there a product that i can buy it from shop to remove them clearly without damaging? I bet i didnt damage my body parts and rims so far, since i've waxed and factory clearcoats.
any help out there? :/

1 - post pics of stains!

2 - can you 'feel' them on the surface of your paint, or is the surface smooth when you run your fingertip over them?

3 - have you tried a clay bar yet?

Sounds like either oil or like kaigenx said, road tar. Wax will remove the oil and probably the tar as well. When I get those little tar blobs on my car, I usually use WD-40, takes the bugger right off with out any excessive rubbing. Then I re-wax and I'm good to go.
