Lightbulb G37 at Texas Motor Speedway

I was invited to do some test drives and evaluations at Texas Motor Speedway today. The vehicles were Benz C320, BMW 328, Nissan 350Z, Audi TT and Infiniti G37.

They are staged in front of the Lone Star Condo's.
The test route took 35W north for a couple miles then back to the track for an autocross 30 MPH test.

There were 2 Silver G37 and one dark blue. They all had Tennessee plates. The dark blue was to display a wood inlay interior as a possible option.

I took pictures, but got busted and they had me delete the pictures.
If anyone is ion the neighborhood and wants to see them the Speedway is open for visitors, (the survey people don't allow walk ups but from a distance the cars are clear to see).

They got into pretend prices to see where a price advantage over quality may lie. The pretend price for the G37 was $36,500 and the G35 was $31,500. Again this was make believe land.

Everything there was automatic. When asked if I would purchase I noted that it would be dependant on the option of a manual transmission.

I am used to my G so the loaner G35 seemed slower, (don't they all compared to our own?). Based on this comparison to the G35 the G37 seemed to have more engine/exhaust noise (which I like), smoother ride, less cabin noises, and equivalent power/handling to the current.

I noticed that in the console there were RCA (female) jacks and an adapter that looked like an iPod jack. We weren't allowed to play with the radio or climate controls.

The gauges had a kind of blue glow behind the outside rim of the speedometer and the tachometer, reminded me of BMW angle eyes. I really liked the look of them.

you do realize that once you take photos, you OWN them, and NO ONE can LEGALLY make you remove them, or stop you from posting them anywhere.

All this sounds just like the '07 Sedan loaner I had last week ... RCA jacks in the console, new gauges (more Honda-like colors which are cool).

Use SanDisk's file recovery software if you still have the card. My boss took pictures at a concert, they made him erase the card. He got home and ran SanDisk's recovery software and got them all back. They're still on the card data wise, just not in the file directory structure.

I got a thing in the mail for that. I am so lazy opening mail, I just opened it a couple days ago. I wish I would have seen it, I would have gone. I think it said you would get paid $150 also.

I'm thinking these are from TMS

https://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=157837

Looks like they are in the parking lot close to Lone Star tower with the TMS dirt track in the background.

I like the blue slate

That is definitely it all the way down to the Tennessee plates. This is the unit where they had the wood grain interior installed for comments.

Funny, the pictures I had were from all the same angles. Only exception was I had a shot of the interior. I did try to recover the pics with SanDisk but the good ones were not recoverable.

deleting them is a matter of courtesy if anything. if you have been invited you probably less likely to make a fuss to keep the pix.
